Nitrogen was an elemental gas that commonly composed the atmospheres of many planets.[1] R-class stars had unusually nitrogen-heavy compositions.[2] Vix, a moon of Endor, had a nitrogen rich atmosphere that rained methane onto the moon.[3] Crofyp had a voice with the temperature of liquid nitrogen according to Qilori.[4] After their successful escape from the brig at Borgo Prime, the Skeleton Crew took refuge in front of a set of pipes, one of which featured an Aurebesh inscription that read "NITROGEN".[5]
