Musca was a shipyard where starships could be repaired.[2] It was located in grid square N-14 of the Standard Galactic Grid in the Musca system, within the Merthian sector of the Expansion Region.[1] At some point by[2] 3 ABY,[3] the Lepi businessman Jaxxon T. Tumperakki and his droid, ML-08, took Tumperakki's ship, the Rabbit's Foot, to Musca for repairs. While there, ML-08 went to search for a cooler valve, but he got lost and forgot where the Rabbit was docked and why they had even come to Musca in the first place.[2]
Behind the scenes
Musca was mentioned in "Fake It Till You Make It," a short story written by Cavan Scott and published in the 2020 anthology From a Certain Point of View: The Empire Strikes Back.[2]
