The Mossberry Biscuits are a type of biscuit made with mossberries.[1] Around 233 BBY,[4] Hap made Mossberry Biscuits for his café Hap's Sap Tap, in Kublop Springs on the planet Tenoo.[2] Many years later, the biscuits were available at Kat Saka's Kettle and Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo on Batuu during the time of the First Order-Resistance War[1] in 34 ABY.[5]

Mossberry Biscuits first appeared in the real-world event Star Wars Nite at Disneyland in Anaheim, California in 2023 as an exclusive Star Wars Nite offering at Kat Saka's Kettle in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. Later that year, Mossberry Biscuits were featured in the animated Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures series. The menu at Kat Saka's Kettle described the biscuit as "Crispy and Sweet Multi-layered Pastry Filled with Grape Jelly."[6] In 2024, the Mossberry Biscuit returned with a new recipe as a limited-time offering at Disney's Hollywood Studios's iteration of Galaxy's Edge as part of their May 4 celebrations, where it was served at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo. This iteration's menu description read "Biscuit topped with ube and matcha icing, ube micro sponge cake, sprinkles, and dehydrated blueberries."[7][8]

The second season of Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures spans the dedication of the Starlight Beacon (which appears in the season one finale "The Prince and the Pirate") and the mission to Vrant Tarnum (which appears in "Yoda Rescue"), both of which are dated to 232 BBY by Star Wars: Timelines. The Season Two episodes "The Great Gomgourd Quest" and "The Missing Life Day Feast" take place one year after the Season One episodes "The Harvest Feast" and "Life Day," placing those episodes in 233 BBY. Season One begins around the same year, meaning that the first half of Young Jedi Adventures Season One, which includes "The Ganguls," takes place around 233 BBY.
