The Moonflower Nebula was located in Wild Space in grid square U-16 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[1]

Behind the scenes

The Moonflower Nebula was mentioned in the current Star Wars canon in "Star Systems of the Galaxy," an appendix published with the Star Wars Galaxy Map on StarWars.com[1] on June 24, 2025. Both works were authored by Jason Fry.[2] The nebula was originally introduced in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it first appeared in Barbara Hambly's 1995 novel Children of the Jedi.[3]
