Mauler was an individual that competed in fights held on the Outer Rim desert planet Tatooine[1] in 3 ABY. That year,[2] he was scheduled to fight another combatant named Rock-Claw, prior to which a group of gamblers placed bets on outcome while they were in the Wonto District of the city Mos Eisley on Tatooine. By the time of the fight, most of Mauler's hide was covered in scars and he was missing almost all of his teeth. [1]

Mauler was mentioned in the 2024 video game, Star Wars Outlaws developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. In the game, Mauler was mentioned in an ambient conversation that the player can overhear in the Wonto District market.[1]
