The Wonto District market was a bazaar in the Wonto District of the spaceport city Mos Eisley on the desert planet Tatooine. The human merchant Simrain Kanda, a streetfood stall selling Sketto Chuga, and the gambling parlor the Dizzy Droid operated in the market[1] during 3 ABY.[2] During the same year a merchant claiming to sell serums, tonics, and miracle cures also operated out of the district.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Wonto district market appeared in the video game Star Wars Outlaws that was developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft in 2024. The market was identified as the "Wonto District market" in the optional intel quest "Missing Brother" however the game's map identifies that are as simply "Bazaar". Also in the game an arch over the entrance to the market has the words "general goods" in Aurebesh.[1]
