Mattis Coto was an individual who served as warden of the Devshi prison complex.^[1] By 48 BBY,^[2] Coto had been selling skeleton keys to inmates as a way to buy himself a way out of his job. After one of these keys was used by an escapee in a prion break on Kevan 8, Coto was wanted by the Jedi Order. After the Jedi Mace Windu confronted him and defeated his security droids, Windu left him behind for the approaching authorities while he followed multiple astromech droids who had received the master skeleton key from Coto.^[1]
