Likstro was a beverage edible by members of the Aqualish species.[1] In 27 BBY,[2] after Jedi Padawan Anakin Skywalker bumped into an Aqualish and subsequently spilled his drink in the diner Panky's on the Inner Rim[3] planet Barlok, Skywalker's Jedi Master, Obi Wan Kenobi, bought a large Likstro as an apology to the Aqualish.[1]

Likstro appeared in the 2006 novel Outbound Flight, written by Timothy Zahn.[1]
