Panky's was a diner on the planet Barlok. It used a WA-2 waitress droid and served such items as prisht fruit salad, bribb juice, tarsh maxers, and Corellian noale. It had a duskwood bartop and was rated triple-porken. Tarsh maxers were the headliners on the menu.[1]
In 27 BBY,[2] the Human Jedi Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Lorana Jinzler ate at Panky's. While at the diner, the Jedi encountered Jerv Riske, the bodyguard of Passel Argente, the Magistrate of the Corporate Alliance.[1]
