Le'bi was a colorful sweet commonly found on the desert planet Golak.[1]

This candy made its first appearance in the Star Wars: Visions Volume 2 episode "The Bandits of Golak," written and directed by Ishan Shukla, and produced by 88 Pictures.[1] It was designed by both TG Satheesh and Aajjay Mahajan, and is written "Lebi" on the official concept art, lacking the apostrophe.[2]
Real-world jalebi
88 Pictures founder and CEO, Milind D. Shinde, revealed in an interview with IGN India that Le'bi was inspired by the real-life Indian candy jalebi. Wanting to more closely imitate Bollywood than Hollywood, Shinde said they avoided depicting stereotypical food like samosas, instead choosing to include foods such as jalebi, as well as panipuri and chole, stating he wouldn't be surprised if Le'bi made a return in future Star Wars projects.[3]
