Laser actuators were a type of actuator used in laser weaponry. The DF.9 anti-infantry battery manufactured by Golan Arms had a rectangular laser actuator located directly behind the barrel of its laser cannon.

BT-P7 ion accelerators used a laser actuator in conjunction with quad-helix prismatic crystals to increase the range of ion bolts fired from ion blaster.[1]
