Klasse Ephemora or Mobus was an astronomical object located within the territory of the Unknown Regions' Chiss Ascendancy nation.[1] It was situated in grid square F-9 of the Standard Galactic Grid, within the Klasse Ephemora system.[2]
Behind the scenes
In the current Star Wars canon, Klasse Ephemora was depicted on a map provided by publisher Del Rey as a bonus for preordering[1] the 2021 novel Thrawn Ascendancy: Lesser Evil, the final novel of Star Wars: The Ascendancy Trilogy by Timothy Zahn.[3]
In the Star Wars Legends continuity, the gas giant–type planet Mobus was first mentioned in the novel The New Jedi Order: Force Heretic II: Refugee. The novel,[4] which was released on May 5, 2003,[5] was the first installment of Star Wars: The New Jedi Order novel series' Force Heretic trilogy, which was written by Sean Williams and Shane Dix.[4] The gas giant first appeared in the trilogy's final installment, The New Jedi Order: Force Heretic III: Reunion,[6] which was published on July 3, 2003.[7]
