Kankee spice was a type of seasoning that was served along with Sketto Chuga on the Outer Rim Territories planet Tatooine.[1]

In 3 ABY[2] the scoundrel Kay Vess and her Merqaal companion Nix share a Sketto Chuga meal in the Wonto District market in Mos Eisley. After initially complaining about it not being spicy Vess had extra kankee spice added however the spice was almost too much for her.[1]
