K7-1EG, also known as "Wuniji," was a server droid cobbled together from kitchen appliances and pieces from other droids. During the High Republic Era, K7-1EG worked at the Lomi Usqi Noodle Shop, a venue in Point Ueda, capital of the planet Ueda. The cranky droid was overworked and undermaintained at the noodle shop, where the churlish regulars made many cruel jokes about K7-1EG.[1]

In 132 BBY,[2] the droid was carrying a pair[3] of heat-resistant menbachi bowls[1] through the middle of the noodle shop as the assassin Mae-ho Aniseya entered the building in search of Jedi Master Indara. As Aniseya passed the droid, K7-1EG paused beside[3] the notoriously gluttonous patron Kesmer Faloodi so that the droid's processors could calculate and recheck estimates for his appetite.[1] Aniseya then confronted and attacked Indara, killing her after most patrons had fled from the shop.[3]

Characteristics

K7-1EG hovered using internal repulsorlifts that could carry the server's bronze-colored cast iron frame, which included a dome-shaped body with a red sensor at the front and a four-fingered arm on each side.[1]

Behind the scenes

K7-1EG appeared in "Lost / Found,"[3] the first episode of the television series Star Wars: The Acolyte, which aired June 4, 2024, on Disney+.[4] The scenes in the shop were filmed at Shinfield Studios,[5] England.[6] The character was first identified in the 2025 reference book Star Wars: The Acolyte: The Visual Guide, which was written by Pablo Hidalgo.[1] Industrial Light & Magic production visual effects supervisor[7] Julian Foddy created a custom render of K7-1EG for the Visual Guide.[1]
