"Joh Blastoh" was a classic Huttese holiday jingle. Gallusian singer Luleo Primoc once recorded a version of the song. It lent its name to at least two Life Day beverages, including Joh Blastoh Punch[1] and Joh Blastoh Sangria Gocola.[2][3]

Lyrics

"Joh blastoh, joh blastoh
Blastoh moulee-rah
O ta panwa yataka
Bo eopie choppa

Jee bolla kyotopa hotu
Bo eopie choppa
Hari tish ding
Ho ho moulee-rah
Joh o tooka rundee
Koo rundee spira gusha
Haka panwa yataka tah
Choppa singee hunka be

Joh blastoh, joh blastoh
Blastoh moulee-rah
O ta panwa yataka
Bo eopie choppa"

"Joh Blastoh" appears in The LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special, released on Disney+ in 2020. The Keeper of the Holocron, Leland Chee, wrote the song for the holiday special. Chee stated that his contribution might become the personal highlight of his career,[4] and provided the lyrics to the song on Twitter on the same day as the special's release.[5] The whole of the song was released on December 21 of the same year on a video published by the official Star Wars YouTube channel, which provides accompanying lyrics.[6] The Chinese web-novel The Vow of Silver Dawn Chapter 106 written by "His Majesty the King" and published on February 20, 2021, introduces into the canon continuity the song.[7] Later, the 2021 reference book Star Wars: The Life Day Cookbook, written by Jenn Fujikawa and Marc Sumerak, introduces into the canon continuity the lyrics.[1]
