Jillsarians were a sentient species with four arms[1] that hailed from the Jillsaria system[2] in the Outer Rim Territories.[3] Doctor Quadpaw, who otherwise kept his name a secret,[4] was a male[5] Jillsarian who lived during the Imperial Era and found work as a for-hire physician. Beyond his four dexterous arms, Quadpaw made use of cybernetic-enhancements, which enhanced his eyes and ears; together, his enhancements and Jillsarian biology allowed him to carry out precise, if expensive, work[1] as a surgeon[4] on the Outer Rim[1] moon[5] Frezno in an unassuming tent.[1]

(backup link) (screenshot) Jason Fry, co-author of The Essential Atlas and a number of maps in the current Star Wars canon (see a list here), stated his intention to create homeworlds for numerous species based on context implied from their names. This article treats the Jillsaria system as the location of one such homeworld with regard to the Jillsarian species.
