The Ione system was a star system[5] located in the Anoat sector of the galaxy's Outer Rim Territories[1] that contained Ione.[4] During the Iron Blockade, the Trade Spine League dispatched several starships there, but they were ambushed by TIE/ln space superiority starfighters.[5]
