The Imperial Supply Census was an audit process in which the Galactic Empire assessed the grain production on the planet Mina-Rau and verified the visas of the workers on the agriworld. The census was infrequent, and in 4 BBY, had not occurred in ten years. As part of the process, the Empire froze communications going in and out of Mina-Rau. In 4 BBY,^[1] Imperial forces led by Lieutenant Krole performed the census. They made several arrests during their sweep.^[2]
