The Imperial Archaeological Division was a division of the Galactic Empire.[1] By 3 ABY,[2] Doctor Jessik was member of the division who sent a report on their progress towards finding the Great Tomb of the Khepi in the Sayma Nebula from Hauler's Keep in the Khepi system of Wild Space.[1]

Behind the scenes

The Imperial Archaeological Division was mentioned in canon continuity in a datapad entry that players could find in the "A Pirate's Fortune" expansion for the Massive Entertainment video game Star Wars Outlaws,[1] which was released on May 15, 2025.[3]

The Imperial Archaeological Division was first introduced in the Star Wars Legends continuity in the video game expansion Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided developed by Sony Online Entertainment and released in 2005.[4]
