The medical team was a team within the Galactic Empire's Imperial Security Bureau. It consisted of medics who accompanied ISB tactical agents on missions and were on standby to perform necessary medical operations on the field. The team also used Imperial ambunauts to quickly evacuate casualties on hospitals to be treated.[1]

In 1 BBY, a medical team accompanied ISB Supervisor Dedra Meero during the raid on the Galactic Antiquities and Objects of Interest, as the main suspect, Axis network leader Luthen Rael had to be captured alive. Despite Rael seriously wounding himself with a Nautolan bleeder and collapsing on the floor, the medical team rushed to the store was able to quickly stabilize him and load him to a hover-stretcher to be carried to Lina Soh Hospital.[1]
