The Hondo's Memoirs was the title of a holobook written about and by the pirate captain Hondo Ohnaka. The first draft had at least 112 chapters and Ohnaka started writing it at least twenty cycles before 3 ABY. The holobook mentioned several moments of Ohnaka's life such as his victory over the Humbarine Ore Caravan and his killing of the Two-Headed Toothvole of Bogmadada. Ohnaka left an excerpt of chapter 112 on a datapad at the Ohnaka Hideout on the desert planet Tatooine when the Ohnaka Gang abandoned the base.[1]
Behind the scenes
An excerpt of chapter 112 of Hondo's Memoirs appeared as a datapad entry that players could find in the "Lost Treasures" quest of the "A Pirate's Fortune" expansion for the Massive Entertainment video game Star Wars Outlaws,[1] which was released on May 15, 2025.[2]
