"it is imperative that everyone is invited into the fold. Our very essence depends on it."
―High Priestess O'lona quoted in the History of the Khepi[1]

The History of the Khepi of was a history holobook about the Khepi people that was published in 7957 C.R.C. It was at least 152 pages long and was written by[1] the human explorer[2] Lor San Tekka. The book discussed the construction of the Khepi's Great Tomb and how it related to the Khepi's faith, including their dedication to what San Tekka referred to as the Final Ritual. The History of the Khepi included at least one quote from O'lona, the Khepi's High Priestess during the construction of the tomb.[1]

Around 3 ABY,[3] the Rokana Raiders pirate group had at least one copy of the book while the group was based within the Khepi Tomb, and their leader, Stinger Tash, searched for a way to open the tomb's burial chamber and recover its rumored treasure.[1]
