Helb

Helb was a male Neimoidian broker for stolen tech equipment in a gang called the Tech Raiders on Coruscant. He once hired Fligh to steal a datapad from Senator Uta S'orn.^[1] When the Jedi came looking for information, he revealed to Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi that Fligh owed credits to the Raiders.
