An HD05-G circuit was a modified Galven circuit that charged ionized particles, causing them to discharge with more force.[1] By 3 ABY,[2] a group of smugglers stored an HD05-G circuit at their mountain hideout in the Lost Steppe region of Toshara, a moon located in the Outer Rim Territories.[1]

In 3 ABY,[2] the scoundrel Kay Vess heard about the smuggler's hideout on Toshara and later visited it and stole the HD05-G circuit to upgrade the burst ion module for her VM-19 heavy blaster pistol.[1]

Behind the scenes

An HD05-G circuit appeared as an upgrade item in the 2024 video game, Star Wars Outlaws, developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. The player must obtain the circuit, fifteen units of slivian iron and six ion cells in order upgrade their blaster's burst ion module to level four.[1]
