A Grappler was someone who dismantled starships in a salvage yard.[1] They wore safety equipment such as a hardhat and heavy gloves. There were many grapplers[2] on the planet[3] Ferrix, including Brasso and Rashi.[2]

Grapplers first appeared in "Kassa," the first episode of the television series Star Wars: Andor, which aired on September 21, 2022.[4]
