Giddy tonic was a beverage available at Ealy's rooftop tavern deck on the planet Reena during the High Republic Era. The drink was kept in a fountain overflowing with it in the tavern. The owner of the tavern would refer to the drink by name to patrons.[1] Around 396 BBY,[2] Reena University student Axel Greylark thought of giddy tonic while he and his friends considered celebrating the Queen's Bloom Festival at Ealy's.[1]

Giddy tonic was mentioned in the short story "The Queen's Bloom," written by Zoraida Córdova and published in the 2023 young-adult anthology The High Republic: Tales of Light and Life as a part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project.[1]
