Ghorman velvet was a type of velvet[1] that shared its name with the planet Ghorman.[2] By 382 BBY,[3] the parlor room of the Supreme Chancellor Orlen Mollo's Alif-class Longbeam, the Paxion, featured seat cushions made of the velvet in several colors.[1] That year,[3] Jedi Knight Gella Nattai joined several other Jedi for an Eiram system summit aboard the cruiser and noticed the fabric's presence while surveying the space's decor.[1]
Behind the scenes
Ghorman velvet first appeared in Convergence, a 2022 novel written by Zoraida Córdova as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's Phase II.[1]
