Keep

  1. A. Appears in two different sources, performing separate duties and tasks in each. B. Has two separate lines of dialogue, not simply growling or grunting. Notability states has dialogue, doesn't state it has to be in basic. Is this a minor character, yes. But it meets notability requirements. C.   • Based on our guidelines, is there any reason to have reopened this TC? Nothing has changed regarding the subject's appearances and sources since the previous TC, I don't think. Loqiical (talk) 09:13, 3 January 2023 (UTC)
    • If there is a wish to overturn previous consensus then it's fair game to simply start another vote. Consensus is never final because voters can change their minds. OOM 224 11:52, 3 January 2023 (UTC)
  • How do we know that this is the same guy in all those scenes? There were multiple Aqualish techs aboard Skytop if I remember correctlyJaster Fett (talk) 08:47, 8 January 2023 (UTC)
