Test tube (history - links - logs - delete - protect)

This article was previously TC'd with an outcome of No consensus (12 Delete/6 Keep) at Forum:TC:Test tube.

As the last time this TC was attempted, I believe this article is in violation of WP:DICT. There's nothing particularly unique about Star Wars test tubes, nor any Star Wars-specific alternative that renders their presence abnormal.

On the previous TC, the following quote was brought up to argue that test tubes do have a unique Star Wars property:
"We created huge generators that could focus the power of an entire star into one tiny test tube. But we lost control of our experiments. Instead of creating new life, we let loose a blast of energy that swept across the entire planet, wiping out every living thing."

However, I would argue that this does not point toward an attribute of the test tubes' capabilities, but of the generator in question that is capable of concentrating that power. The generator is the only object we have an indication of that makes the test tube able to hold the power—nothing indicates the test tubes are themselves special. Plus, as Manoof brought up on that previous vote, it's possible that this was hyperbolic and not literal anyway.
