Test tube (history - links - logs - delete - protect)

WP:DICT. Nothing to suggest there is anything unique about test tubes in Star Wars, and it doesn't appear to align with incongruency.

  3. IMO the quote speaks to the power of the technology, nothing unique to test tubes. Phenomenal Cosmic POWER!!!! Itty bitty living space - Genie Manoof (he/him/his) (talk) 12:28, 23 October 2022 (UTC)
  4. The fundamental concept of a test tube has not changed; only the physics in "generators that could focus the power of an entire star into one tiny test tube" differs between the real world and Star Wars. There is no in-universe uniqueness to the test tubes themselves. OOM 224 14:25, 23 October 2022 (UTC)

  1. Galaxy of Fear: Army of Terror has test tubes that hold the power of an entire star which seems pretty unique to me. Ayrehead02 (talk) 11:18, 23 October 2022 (UTC)
  2. Even if it's the generators that focus the power of a star into it, the fact that a test tube can withstand that power is uniquely Star Wars. Rsand 30 (talk)
    • Personally, I think it's a stretch to consider the test tube literally held that energy Manoof (he/him/his) (talk) 12:56, 1 November 2022 (UTC)

  • The quote Ayre mentioned: "We created huge generators that could focus the power of an entire star into one tiny test tube. But we lost control of our experiments. Instead of creating new life, we let loose a blast of energy that swept across the entire planet, wiping out every living thing." In my opinion that seems to be more credit to the generators than the test tubes, and there's legroom for it to be hyperbole or a figure of speech. But everyone is obviously free to interpret this as they will. - DFaceG (talk) 11:25, 23 October 2022 (UTC)
