Dramatis Personae (talk - history - links - logs)
This dead-end article was already nominated for deletion once back in 2006, and since then was apparently forgotten. Considering how much our standards have improved since that time, I think it's time to kill this one for good. This a case that screams WP:NOT Wikipedia, especially considering that the content of this article is not even remotely IU, nor is it unique to SW. We simply don't need this article, that's all. - It doesn't even need a soft redirect as jSarek suggests. People should have the intuition to look in a dictionary for themselves. Nayayen—TALK 16:04, January 28, 2010 (UTC)

Keep
- Replace with Template:Softredirect to Wikipedia:Dramatis personæ. It's not our job to define this, but since many Star Wars readers are likely to be coming across this term for the first time at the front of their Star Wars books, we probably ought to at least point them in the right direction. jSarek 00:02, January 23, 2010 (UTC)

Hey, it's me! 00:50, January 28, 2010 (UTC) - I was going to vote Delete and replace with exactly what JSarek just said. Skippy Farlstendoiro 07:16, January 29, 2010 (UTC)

If the deletion follows through (as I hope), won't that mean we'll have to go on a somewhat annoying scavenger hunt to track down every reference to Dramatis Personae? This is no reason to keep the article, just something to be aware of once it's deleted. --Darth Shohet 21:40, January 30, 2010 (UTC)
- Only the TC links to this page, so no problem. Chack Jadson (Talk) 22:36, January 30, 2010 (UTC)
- Well, wouldn't all articles refering to Dramatis Personae (i.e. Crosscurrent) need to have the reference removed if it's deemed inappropriate for this wiki? --Darth Shohet 22:44, January 30, 2010 (UTC)
- No. TC forums only concern the existence of the article in question. Discussion of the topic in other articles is still acceptable. This isn't an absolute purge of the subject from the entire wiki. Toprawa and Ralltiir 22:46, January 30, 2010 (UTC)
- Oh, thanks for clearing things up for me once again. --Darth Shohet 23:05, January 30, 2010 (UTC)
