Cubic units
- Cubic centimeter (talk - history - links - logs - delete - protect)
- Cubic kilometer (talk - history - links - logs - delete - protect)
- Cubic meter/Legends (talk - history - links - logs - delete - protect)
These are the same as the previous TC on square units; there is no reason for them to have separate articles. I propose that these articles should be merged with their one-dimensional counterparts.--Exiled Jedi (Greetings) 04:01, June 19, 2014 (UTC)
Merge and redirect cubic centimeter to centimeter, cubic meter to Imperial standard meter, and cubic kilometer to kilometer

Wait, these actually exist? I was kidding! :OMaster Jonathan Council Chambers 04:02 UTC Thu June 19, 2014

When do we get to the 4th dimension? Jorrel

- Okay, here we go. As I pointed out to EJ on IRC, a cubic unit measures volume, not length. They are canonically mentioned in sources. And, they are listed as separate SI units of measurement (yeah, I know the last one might not apply, but if they recognise a difference, then I feel that should be noted). So, really, redirecting a measurement of volume, to a measurement of length seems not quite right and counterproductive. - Sir Cavalier of One

- Per Cav. They are not the same thing, they just happen to share a name in the metric system. You wouldn't redirect Liter (cubic decimeter) to Decimeter, nor would you redirect Gallon (231 cubic inches) to Inch. 1358 (Talk) 21:40, June 19, 2014 (UTC)
- After thinking about it for awhile, I am convinced by Cav's argument.--Exiled Jedi

- As pointed out by the others, volume ≠ length/distance. --Lelal Mekha
