Heya, just a quick tweak update to some wording to clarify procedural-ness.

On WP:DISCORD:

Users with the Wookieepedians role can find a list of VIPs who have given their permission for users to ping them pinned in the #wookieepedia channel, which is maintained by the Social Media Team.

The bolded changes apply, as we made it so "Verified" can now mean two things, the @Verified role and the @Wookieepedians role, so needed to be more concise rather than just saying "Verified users" like before. Also, the list—instead of being posted and maintained by one admin—is now a google spreadsheet list. Said spreadsheet is maintained by the central SMT email (again better than one admin hosting it privately) for evergreen-ness.

On WP:SMT, add a bullet under "Point of contact" reading:

  • The Social Media Team maintains a spreadsheet list of VIPs in the Wookieepedia Discord, which denotes whether they have given permission for users to ping them. As the list is hosted on the Social Media Team's email, members of the team can be contacted for needed updates.

Also only tangentially related but also going to slide into this same CT that Wookieepedia:Contact should be given a one-line update to mention Forum:Social Media Team noticeboard existing as a form of contact for the team collectively.
