During the process of Forum:CT:Translation, Articles titles tweak, some editors raised concern that we should not have an article title for an adaptation of another work in a language other than English which itself share its title with the adapted work in that language, but instead should have it under a disambiguation, while the (officially) translated title in that language will serves as a redirection to the main work.
I know this all sound rather confusing, but this is to say that for the movie Star Wars: Episode IX The Rise of Skywalker, L'Ascension de Skywalker (note the uppercase 'A', because yes for some reason, per editor/Amazon, the junior novelization is titled with a lowercase...) should be a redirect to the movie article (as would potentially be any foreign official translation, such as El ascenso de Skywalker, Der Aufstieg Skywalkers or ズ/スカイウォーカーの夜明け), and that the junior novelization should be titled L'ascension de Skywalker (junior novelization) instead of L'ascension de Skywalker. Proposal
Update the following paragraphs from the Naming policy with the bolded text:
- Furthermore, for a work published exclusively in a language other than English and that is the adaptation of another work with known titles both in English and in that other language, use the title in the language of the adaptation, with a parenthetical disambiguation including the media type (example: L'ascension de Skywalker (junior novelization) instead of L'ascension de Skywalker or The Rise of Skywalker (French junior novelization)).
Add this rule at the end of the Disambiguation subsection of the "Real-world publications" section:
- If there is a naming conflict between the title of a work officially translated in another language than English and another original work in that language, the former must be made into a redirect to the English work, while the latter should be provided with a parenthetical disambiguation including the media type (example: L'Ascension de Skywalker should serves as a redirect to Star Wars: Episode IX The Rise of Skywalker, instead of being the article title for L'ascension de Skywalker (junior novelization)).

Discussion
Note that I also corrected The Rise of Skywalker (French junior novel) to The Rise of Skywalker (French junior novelization) in the example, to align with the policy, per the first disambiguation rule: "To disambiguate, add the type of literary work in parentheses, [...]. For novelizations, such as film novelizations or junior film novelizations, use either "(novelization)" or "(junior novelization)" as appropriate."
