For the last three and a half years or so, we've been showcasing one good article per day on the Main Page. One only needs to take a GA queue to see that that's no longer feasible—due to various factors, a queue that once measured at more than a year in length has dipped below a month. As agreed upon by the AgriCorps at our most recent meeting, we're proposing that we switch the system to two GAs a week, rather than daily, so we don't run out of GAs to showcase. In doing so, we'd be following the precedent set by the change of the Featured article queue back in 2011, and implementing an identical system.
