This is more or less a part two to Forum:CT:Other misc. voting requirements cleanup; because Wookieepedia:Requests for removal of review board membership is sneaky and it doesn't have this clause on the requests for board membership, but somehow does on the removal.

Per the reasoning in the bolded CT, to remove:

(Only users who have been registered for over a month—from the day the nomination is put forth—are counted.)
