Floor manager

Floor manager was an authority position for a work area.[2] The Ferrixian Timm Karlo was a floor manager at the Caleen Salyard.[1]

The position was also granted to select prisoners in the Narkina 5 Imperial Prison Complex by the Imperial prison staff. They were responsible for a work room's particular shift (day or night), acting as the de facto leaders of all the prisoners in the unit and supervising their work. Floor managers were visually distinguished from other prisoners by their scrubs, which had the orange striping continue from the left arm to the right shoulder, whereas it terminated on the left shoulder for regular inmates.[2] The guards rarely interacted with prisoners and did not even bother eavesdropping on them, leaving routine discipline to the floor managers.[2][3]

Notable Floor managers include Kino Loy, who led room five-two's dayshift and Zinska, who led the room's nightshift.[2]
