- "And here's a Fizzroot Shake for Nash, two Alphaberry Sap-Shakes for Kai and Lys, and the daily special for Nubs."
- ―Hap serves up some drinks
The Fizzroot Shake was a purple[1] sap-shake[2] potable to humans,[1] Rodians,[4] and Twi'leks that was served with a pink garnish on top. It was available at the Hap's Sap Tap eatery on[3] the planet[5] Tenoo.[1] Around 233 BBY,[6] the pilot Nash Durango ordered a Fizzroot Shake, which Hap, the owner, served to her. Durango then began sipping her drink.[1]
The shake was also the favorite beverage of the musician Bruff, who ordered it from Hap's establishment to cheer himself when he was feeling down[3] around the same year.[6] On another day, Hap served a Fizzroot Shake to a customer at his eatery. However, the customer fled when a Tikotiko creature began wreaking havoc in the establishment and left their shake behind.[7] Later, in 232 BBY,[8] one of the shakes was served in Hap's Sap Tap during a performance of the band Feb Rozo and the Sap Tap Trio.[2] Another time on Tenoo, a Rodian youngling enjoyed a Fizzroot Shake while sitting on their speeder.[4]
