The Finkly Conference was a meeting that occurred[1] in 5 BBY.[2] When the ISB Supervisor Blevin needed to depart the Galactic Empire's capital of Coruscant to oversee the takeover of the Preox-Morlana Corporate Sector[3] and the start of the Ferrix occupation, he ended up missing the conference, resulting in a speech he was meant to give being agreed to be moved up. After returning to ISB headquarters office on Coruscant, Blevin spoke with several members of the Imperial Security Bureau about what he had missed during his time away on the planet Ferrix. One of them informed the supervisor that he had missed the Finkly Conference and that his speech had been moved up.[1]
