The Rise of Skywalker Adaptation 5 is the fifth and final issue of the 2025 comic miniseries Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker Adaptation, an adaptation of the film of the same name. The issue was written by Jody Houser, illustrated by Will Sliney and Guru-eFX, and published by Marvel Comics on June 11, 2025.

Episode IX, Part V
THE RISE OF SKYWALKER

The dead speak! EMPEROR PALPATINE has
somehow survived, broadcasting a threat
of REVENGE across the galaxy.

Hoping to stop Palpatine, REY and her
friends tracked down a Sith wayfinder to
lead them to his lair on the hidden planet
Exegol. Along the way, Rey discovered that
she is Palptine's granddaughter.

As Rey races to confront Palpatine, POE
DAMERON and FINN are leading the
dwindling Resistance in a desperate
attack on the Final Order fleet, hoping
they can rally more support before all
is lost….
