Nosli Tilbruk groans as he hits Mae-ho Aniseya with his landspeeder then gasps when he sees her on the ground

Nosli Tilbruk was an Abednedo who worked as an unlicensed courier in Olega City on the planet Olega during the High Republic Era. By 132 BBY, he was aged and needed computerized navigoggles to aid him in navigating the city's streets as his memory was fading. That year, he hit the Sith assassin Mae-ho Aniseya with his C/L-22 Karozzin landspeeder near the Olega Jedi temple, but when he got out the speeder to check if she was ok, she threw him to the ground and stole the vehicle to escape arrest by Jedi.

Nosli Tilbruk worked as an unlicensed courier.

Nosli Tilbruk was an Abednedo who was a long-time resident of the planet Olega's capital, Olega City, during the High Republic Era. He worked as an unlicensed and independent courier, driving a C/L-22 Karozzin landspeeder through the city, even including the oldest neighborhoods where landspeeder traffic was rare because the congested streets could barely accommodate the vehicles.[1]

In 132 BBY,[2] Tilbruk was driving the speeder on errands near the Olega Jedi temple[1] when he hit the Sith assassin Mae-ho Aniseya with his speeder as she fled from Jedi attempting to arrest her. Aniseya tumbled over the front of the speeder and landed in the dirt beside it, while the Abednedo was jolted back in his seat as he stopped the vehicle. Seeing her on the ground, he hopped out to check on Aniseya, gripping her arm as she began to stand, but the assassin grabbed him with her other hand and span him behind her while throwing him to the floor. Staying on the ground, Tilbruk began to crawl away slowly as Aniseya climbed into the speeder.[3]

Nosli Tilbruk hit Mae-ho Aniseya with his landspeeder.

The assassin's twin, Verosha Aniseya, then emerged from a nearby alley, and the siblings stared each other down before Verosha fired a stun bolt at Mae-ho but missed. The assassin then started the speeder and raced away past Tilbruk as Verosha fired another shot that went wide. By this point, the Abednedo had stopped crawling and was writhing on the ground in front of a doorway, out of which a human emerged and moved to check on Tilbruk.[3]

Personality

Given the amount of time that he had lived in Olega City, Nosli Tilbruk saw himself as an exception to the unwritten rule that landspeeders avoided the old parts of the city with congested streets.[1] By 132 BBY,[2] the brown-skinned Abednedo was advanced in age, and his memory was beginning to fade, requiring computerized navigoggles to help him negotiate the tangled warren of overlapping alleys in thoroughfares in Olega City.[1] Upon hitting Mae-ho Aniseya, he stopped and quickly moved to check if she was alright and help her up.[3]

Equipment

When he hit Mae-ho Aniseya, Nosli Tilburk was wearing his gray and red computerized navigoggles with a green scarf, a patterned tan jacket with no sleeves, a magenta shirt, yellow, fingerless gloves, brown boots, brown pants, and a dark blue cape.[3] He drove a blue and purple C/L-22 Karozzin.[1]

Behind the scenes

Nosli Tilbruk appeared in "Revenge / Justice,"[3] the second episode of the live-action Disney+ series Star Wars: The Acolyte, which aired on June 4, 2024.[4] The character was not identified in the episode[3] but was named in the 2025 reference book Star Wars: The Acolyte: The Visual Guide, which was written by Pablo Hidalgo.[1]
