Benyah Melax was a human starship mechanic who resided on the Mid Rim planet Kijimi[1] in 3 ABY[2] During which operated a shop at the Kijimi Spaceport and had a no refund policy. Melax had light skin, brown hair, brown eyes, and spoke Galactic Basic. While operating the shop they wore a dark jacket, brown gloves, a brown hat and goggles.[1]

In 3 ABY, the scoundrel Kay Vess utilized Melax's services to upgrade the Trailblazer, her EML-850 light freighter.[1]

Benyah Melax appeared in the 2024 Ubisoft video game Star Wars Outlaws. In the game, they were one of several mechanics that the player could interact with to upgrade their starship.[1][1]
