Chuzalla was a star system in the Tammuz sector of the Outer Rim Territories[1] and the Slice[2] that was located in grid square T-14 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[1] The Triellus Trade Route connected the Chuzalla system to the Gamorr system and Kaddak system.[3]
Behind the scenes
In the current Star Wars canon, the Chuzalla system was mentioned as just "Chuzalla" on a map of the galaxy[4] designed by Christopher Ibbitt[5] and written by Jason Fry[6] in the reference book Star Wars: Complete Locations, New Edition,[4] which was released on March 6, 2025.[7] It was then identified as the Chuzalla system in "Star Systems of the Galaxy," an appendix published with the Star Wars Galaxy Map article on StarWars.com[1] on June 24, 2025. Both were also written by Fry.[8]
The system originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it first appeared in "Coby and the Starhunters,"[9] the ninth episode of the animated series Star Wars: Droids: The Adventures of R2-D2 and C-3PO, which aired on November 2, 1985.[10] The system was later identified in the StarWars.com Online Companion to the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas by Daniel Wallace and Fry.[11]
