Arryssslesh explained the term's meaning to Bell Zettifar and Burryaga Agaburry (pictured).
A term that roughly translated to "seed-heart" in Galactic Case was a phrase that originated in the An-An language of the Elia-An species. The Elia-An—native to the planet Oanne—utilized nativity trees to reproduce in a symbiotic gestation process resembling cross-pollination. Older nativity trees, referred to as Grandfather trees, ceased assisting the Elia-An with nurturing their "fruit" and instead used its memory to assist the species' prospective parents with finding a younger nativity tree to pair with.[1]
While on a mission to Oanne[1] in 228 BBY,[2] the medicine artist leading the Elia-An—Arryssslesh—used a translator droid to communicate with visiting Jedi Knights Bell Zettifar and Burryaga Agaburry, explaining how her species reproduced to them while visiting a grove of nativity trees.[1]

The term seed-heart appeared in the 2024 novel Temptation of the Force, written by Tessa Gratton and published as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's[1] Phase III.[3]
