Faos Station was a civilian space station[1] in the Belsmuth sector of the Outer Rim Territories.[2] In 1 BBY,[3] an Imperial freighter carrying a large kyber crystal, posing as a standard civilian freighter, was infiltrated by rebels Saw Gerrera, Ezra Bridger, Sabine Wren, and Chopper during a brief stop at Faos Station.[1]
Behind the scenes
The station was originally going to be named Taos Station. The name change came too late to alter the surface texture of the model seen in Saw Gerrera's hologram, which has "TAOS" printed in Aurebesh on its surface.[4]
