Between 12 BBY and 9 BBY,[3] a duel occurred between The Grand Inquisitor and several Jedi on the Voyager Dawn. The Grand Inquisitor attacked the cruiser in order the learn the location of Jedi Knight Tensu Run, whom he was hunting. After executing Run's Master, Elan Rast, the inquisitor turned to the remaining five Jedi who refused to give up the location. He engaged in lightsaber combat with the Jedi, fighting off each one. The Grand Inquisitor quickly killed each Jedi, before leaving the Voyager Dawn without the location to Run.[1]

Behind the scenes

The duel appeared in the first issue of the 2024 comic series, Star Wars: Inquisitors. The comic was written by Rodney Barnes, illustrated by Ramon Rosanas,[1] and published by Marvel Comics on July 3, 2024.[4]
