The Dorvalla system was located in the Videnda sector within an intersecting portion of the Outer Rim Territories[3] and the Western Reaches.[2] Situated at the coordinates M-18 on the Standard Galactic Grid,[1] it contained the celestial body Dorvalla, where the Rebel Alliance's 61st Mobile Infantry took on some recruits, including the Mirialan Lylee Anaraku[3] at some point no later than 0 BBY.[4]
Behind the scenes
The Dorvalla system was mentioned in the appendix "Star Systems of the Galaxy," published on StarWars.com alongside the article Star Wars Galaxy Map."[1] Both works were authored by Jason Fry and released on June 24, 2025.[5]

"Inbrief" — Star Wars Insider 161
- ↑ In Battlefront: Twilight Company, the rebel trooper Hazram Namir refers to Brand as a bounty hunter during the battle on Vir Aphshire, which occurs concurrently with the Battle of Yavin. As "Inbrief" establishes that Brand's bounty hunter past was not known by other rebels until the battle of Allst Prime, that battle must have taken place before the Battle of Yavin, which Star Wars: Timelines dates to the time period that Star Wars: Galactic Atlas refers to as 0 BBY. Since the Rebel Alliance participates in the battle of Allst Prime, the battle must take place after the Declaration of the Rebel Alliance, which Timelines places in 2 BBY. Therefore, the battle of Allst Prime, and thus the main events of "Inbrief," must take place between 2 BBY and 0 BBY.
