The Desilijic Complex was a townhouse owned by the Hutt crime lord Jabba Desilijic Tiure in Mos Eisley, Tatooine. Located at the near the corner of Spacers Row and Paradise Road, it had a dome-shaped entrance, and much of the complex was built over an extensive system of caves and grottoes.[2]

History

During 3 ABY,[3] the area surrounding the townhouse was controlled by the Hutt Cartel and known as the Hutt Cartel District. During the same time period the merchant Shenn Balat and contract broker Clemah Mudoo operated out of the entry to the house. The townhouse had a vault on its lower levels which required at least keycards to open.

In 3 ABY the thief Kay Vess stole the vault keycards for the cartel members Bib Fortuna, Dokk Strassi and Garfalaquox and used it to open the vault. From the vault, Vess stole an "Extra Refund" Shift Token as well as the materials to apply a "Boonta Brawler" paint scheme to a EML-850 light freighter.[1]

Behind the scenes

Desilijic Complex was first mentioned in the canon continuity in the 2016 Star Wars: Complete Locations.[2] It made its first appearance in canon in the 2024 Massive Entertainment video game Star Wars Outlaws, where it was simply identified as Jabba's Townhouse.[1]

In the Star Wars Legends continuity the complex was first mentioned in the 1992 junior novel Zorba the Hutt's Revenge.
