Death trooper armor was the standard armor worn by the death troopers of the Galactic Empire.[2] It was considered an improvement over the standard stormtrooper kit. The armor was worn over an environmentally sealed bodysuit. Characteristics of the armor included a cover of reflec, a spray polymer which warped electromagnetic signals. The armor could have various objects attached, such as an IM-40 three-slot ammunition and tool pouch on the left shoulder guard, and a pauldron denoting rank on the right.[6]
