The title of this article is conjectural. Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

Darth Maul's lair was a cave located within the depths of Lotho Minor. Around 20 BBY, Savage Opress came here looking for his brother.

History

At some point in between 32 BBY and 20 BBY, Darth Maul traveled to Lotho Minor and made his home here. Living in seclusion Maul was driven to madness and became a local legend. After his betrayal at the hands of both Count Dooku and Asajj Ventress, Opress located the lair using the talisman given to him by Mother Talzin and a local Anacondan by the name of Morley.

The cave was very harsh, full of junk and mist. Maul kept his residence in the end of the tunnel, in a large room, where he lived next to a huge fire.^[1]

Maul had been feeding on Junkers and other living creatures, who were brought to him by Morley, in return for the leftovers. Opress found his own way inside the cave by accidently falling into it, after being betrayed by Morley. When Morley looked for the leftovers of Opress, he was choked to death by the Nightbrother, and his body was thrown onto the fire. Opress then found out that a Jedi took his brother's legs.^[1]

Maul was then brought back to Dathomir where he was treated by Talzin.
